Which group is right for my child?
The U11 group is for children currently in school Years 5 and 6. The U13 group is for children currently in Years 7 and 8. School years refer to the 2026/27 academic year. If you are unsure about suitability, email before applying.
Does an application guarantee a place?
No. Each group has eight places, selected with player suitability and the overall standard of the group in mind. There is no payment to make when enquiring or applying.
What should my child bring?
Players need their own cricket equipment for the practical sessions. Please contact Ciaran if you need advice about kit before applying.
How much time is spent coaching?
Each session lasts 90 minutes. This includes 75 minutes of practical coaching and a final 15 minutes for a debrief, departure or clearing away.
Is this a club or county-run programme?
This is an independent programme delivered by CF Performance Cricket. The Hundred of Hoo Academy sports hall is the venue. Ciaran’s coaching experience is part of his professional background; this programme is not a club or county selection process.
Are there sessions during the Christmas break?
No. The final session before Christmas is Wednesday 16 December 2026. Coaching resumes on Wednesday 6 January 2027. The programme finishes on 3 February, with no session on 10 February.
When do I pay, and what if I have a booking question?
Please wait until a place has been offered before making a payment. Payment instructions are sent with the offer. For questions about payment dates, attendance, cancellations or programme arrangements, contact office@cfperformancecricket.com before confirming your place.
